    I have posted the following Video..



    However, I can not seem to find a way to upgrade the quality, it shows blurry at least to me! and some users can not view it...

    1- How is the quality to you?
    2- How can I set the quality on it as the one who posted it?
    3- If you can not view the video, please let me know why you think that is.. or if you have had this issue before yourself please!

    does it give you options and which quality to use? so I guess it is automatically detected and I do not have to anything..

    It's going to be perfect for everyone now, but here's a possible reason you were having problems. I'm assuming you clicked to watch the video quite soon after uploading it, which is why you only had up to 480 in terms of quality. The reason this happens is because YouTube needs time to process your video.
    Similarly, videos are watchable online earlier than they can be watched on mobile devices. For the same reason mentioned above.
