Buying Quality Writers for Insurance, Loans and Mortgages Content - Regular Work & Great Pay

NB: This position is only for writers who have genuine understanding of the fields of writing in any of the topics listed, preferably more than one although multi-ability will be preferred but not given any preference on final position - that will be judged by quality of written work.

Currently, along with a business partner, we are interested in establishing a site which will contain information for individuals, small businesses and entrepreneurs alike - focused on the financial aspects. The primary topics covered will be Insurance, Loans and Mortgages as these are particularly useful as repeat resources for reference and also attract attention for major institutions for a pool of customers. We are seeking a small team of writers who are willing to regularly contribute articles and guides of varying length to the database.

Each article submitted will undergo a quality inspection process will which we will not give you an outline for - we only give you guidelines to write the article to, ensuring the submitted items are made for good reading and SEO as opposed to just meeting a checklist. Once an article has been approved, you will be given credit to an account and once you reach the minimum payment threshold (Which we are still reviewing, but will be approximately $30), you will be credited the funds by any reasonable means you require (By Cheque/Check, Paypal, Wire Transfer etc). Exception to this rule is the first 10 articles which you compose, for which you will be paid immediately by Paypal if you so desire once the article is approved as this will be a testing stage to ensure we have a good working partnership.

We expect all submitted content to be free from ANY error, whether it be statistical/factual, grammatical or spelling, plus a large use of vocabulary is desired to be smoothly integrated without looking like the author has been at the auto-thesaurus tool again. Only original content will be accepted, with of course an exception to quote material where the source permits it and it must also always be cited.

In short, we expect the following from all regular contributors:

• Regular submissions, with a minimum of 3 articles per week and a maximum of 25
• Flawless spelling and grammar
• Adequate knowledge in the fields noted above
• Experience of writing informative articles, without too much focus on SEO (but it should still be taken into account)
• Experience of using Wordpress
• Be willing to research additional information as required
• Creative to find particular topics to write about and not write about a very small section of the niche (We may at times request articles about specific topics or with particular titles, but this will not be standard practice)
• Keep backups of all written work and payments made and/or owed so we can verify records if needed
• Have access to Skype for communication purposes
• Enthusiasm and pride in your work

In return we offer:

• Weekly work within the 3-25 submissions per week range
• A minimum of $6 and maximum of $20 per contribution (Additional payment may be given at our discretion for extraordinary circumstances such as extended projects or innovative research, or a topic which will bring positive attention to the site)

• Individual profiles for all publications, which you will be allowed to offer your writing services from in the form of "I am open to additional projects/work" (You will be given exact guidance on this upon recruitment)
• Be a part of a top-notch writing team

NB to Applicants: We use all information as a gauge only so we can have a better understanding of your character, as this will be the most important aspect of selection. For example, a dynamic thinker and person with genuine interests is more useful than an 30 year experienced writer in economics with no hobbies or personal goals. We are looking for a varied team of experienced, new and developing writers who can bring both informative contributions to our project whilst still allowing their own styles to be within the content.

Naming And Shaming:

So I have just received the 27th application to the work as posted above and thought I would share some thoughts. For some of the applicants, I have been quite happy with high standards of writing and making decent attempts to ensure a message is properly formatted etc; whilst others I have received abysmal standard mails which have been copied and pasted into the mail and have made no attempt to even answer the questions above.

To make perfectly clear - I am hiring high quality writers who are willing to put in effort, which is why I have offered generous repayment for the content. The more time I have to spend filtering out those who don't even take the time to read this topic, the less I have to spend with those making the effort which is unfair. So to all mass-mailers advertising their business with poor sales letters, expect to receive some public shaming. For genuine groups of writers or individuals who have read the above, please do send in your applications as I would love to bring on a variety of people into the project.
