Question about CMS options and capabilities

    Hello, what would be the best CMS to create a website that has links to news sites/blog postings, etc, where the links are updated at a given interval.

    I've been playing around with Joomla and a little with Drupal, but as of yet I haven't figured out a way of doing this. Some of the tips I've gotten indicate that I'll have to create a spider to search for new articles in the various websites, then have a MySQL/PHP solution to post the updated links (that's how I ended up looking into Joomla/Drupal/Vivvo).

    Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

    I did this a while back on my Drupal site. There is a (or several) modules that will collect RSS feeds and publish them. I used custom google searches for the subjects i wanted, then used those feeds.
