Question about word clouds

    I have a question about the general value of word clouds. I am a relative noob at SEO, but I am starting to hear about a difference between PR (Page Rank) and SERP (Search Engine Results Page). Is it true that you can get really great PR but have crappy SERP? If so, would buying a spot on a word cloud give you good PR but not affect your SERP?

    Word Clouds pretty much = Free For All site. Except for giving you the text for one link pointing to your site they do nothing for you in the serps, too many links, too many link subjects.

    As far as PR goes. Google puts FFA sites and pages as bad neighborhoods sites. Can Clouds really be that far behind? There is no substancial difference.
