    1. Open Photoshop :D
    2. File - New Image Width : 500px Height 100px
    3. Layer - New Layer
    4. Layer - Layer Style - Drop Shadow

    Make 100% Opacity and Angle -175 ... everything else default !

    5. Layer - Layer Style - Bevel and Emboss

    Make Size 48px ....everythin else default !

    6. Layer - Layer Style - Stroke

    Make Size 1px and Color black #000000

    Thats it now select Text Tool and Type your text
