About a month or two ago I sold to sites on here and the guy who bought them wanted the domains transfered to his account.

Since then he has not emailed me or PM'ed me any detail even though I have tried to contact him numerous times.

Would it be ok for me to go and use those domain again? He does not respond and it was been a while so I don't see why I am not entitled to them if they are in my account.... Right?

    He has paid right?
If so they belong to him 100% period
imho you need to wait longer and in the meantime try other ways of contacting him
Many genuine events or happenings out of his control may have happened in quote 'About a month or two ago'
    Are the sites live online?

Here's the gig...if the person does not contact you within 1 month, then you can go about using it (Try to contact him). What is his DP name? Also, if you wanted to use them, after the 1 month period of waiting is up, use them and refund him his money to his Paypal (That is the email you should send the email to)

Well if you have the money, why go through the hassle of finding someone who will use it?

If he ever gets back to you then send him his domains but until he asks for the transfer then you can do whatever you want with them if you assume the risk of possibly having to send the domains back to him.

Alright then. As of the expiry date they are officially property of: No one! So you got your dibs on using them I guess, just renew it the day before and if he does contact you after that, it is too bad because the domain expired and "he" forgot to renew it.

Has he paid you yet? If not, then I don't see anything wrong with using them or trying to sell them to another party.
