    Hi All!!!

Just found this forum today, it looks sweet :D Already got a few tips.

I'd like a some genuine comments about my site, and where the ads are...

    http://www.itsall3.com

Its a custom made cms for users to view/upload games ringtones funny videos etc.

Its not 100% finished (i've said this for 2 years :p ), and i dont think google even finds it unless you type "itsall3" into google search.

    Its currently getting:

Today: 213 impressions - 2 Clicks (i dont think your allowed to post costs under googles rules are you?)

In total (since dec) there have been 9,453 imp. with 69 clicks (avg of 137 imp. 1 click)

Any ideas at all to improve clicks, improve visitors -- or just say if you honestly think the site will never get the numbers. i really need peoples opinions. - simon cowell style - i wont be offended. :)

    Thanks very much everyone.

    Regards.

first, welcome to DP. Rule no. 1 : Be nice. :)
well, you already broke a rule there. You just revealed your CTR. but don't worry too much about it, just don't do it in the future.

as for your site, it's very nice, but i think alot of members will agree that your colors are all under-optimised. the leaderboard color should match the skyscraper one. and the skyscraper one should have a white background. the little banner in the middle is too obvious as an ad.

you might want to change those color schemes and see if it makes a difference to your CTR. and please, don't click on your ads.

the low text content of your page is causing you to show public service ads (you dont earn anything when these are shown).
use channels when setting up your ads so you can track each individual ad's performance over time.

I'd recommend changing the bg colour of the ads on the right to white so they blend better. Also blend the ads with the purple bg better. I'd make the box they are in look like the box with this text:

    "Welcome
Free Games, Free Ringtones, Free Logos, Free Videos - it's All Free

itsall3 is a new site where you can upload your own stuff, and share it with others! Post links to your favorite sites, or just look around and leave comments."

Another one I suggest looking at your site is like the link ads on the left of my site: Ski & Snowboard Community. I've had a better click through rate by using the bullets next to the ads and I think it would work well on the left of your site with the cross bulets you use...

Cheers guys, i'll look into these ideas when i get home :)

-- The only problem with the ads in the middle, are they are exactly the width of the blue boxs with content in, so they dont fit. - if i put them inside of one, the page becomes too wide.

Anyone have any tips on getting visitors to your site? not just clicks, just actually getting people there.

    Cheers guys!!!
