Ramen noodles are not good enough for lunch!

I had this hunch that I could make enough to pay for my lunch with my blog, so I tried an adsense experiment. I've made it beyond a Ramen noodles lunch (barely), so I thought that I'd finally delurk and get some opinions.

Here's my blog.. www.z425.com (it won't let me live link yet)

Right now I'm in the process of increasing traffic (via the usual spoken DP methods.) At the moment traffic is pathetic, but when someone does make it to the site via search, they tend to click around a lot and reasonably often enough do actually click on an ad. So I think I'm doing ok on that front, but what would I know, I only make Ramen-like money. All feedback here is welcome.

My blending concept is 'borrowed' from a DP post (the layoutsandmore guy) and it'd be great if I can get some feedback on its implementation. Mostly I'd like some thumbs ups if people thing that it is adsense TOS compliant or not. I mailed google twice ages ago, but I have not got a response. What adsense contact email are people successfully using?

I want this thing finalized (proper icons, proper category summaries, proper this, proper that) and get to work on more seo engineered content and traffic building.

Thanks. These forums have been a great resource so far and I look forward to becoming a useful member.

Put your Latest above the ads, blend the ads more. Make the ads look like blog entries.

When I originally set it up I did not have the h1 category text between the ads and the entries. I had them mixed in with the ads always at positions 1, 3, and 4. I thought that might be pushing the TOS a bit too much. Is that not true? I'll try emailing google again I guess. What I could do is keep the h1 category text and have the ads randomly in the top 6 spots.

ewan, I make so freak'n much that I can get the fancy packs! (read: 50 cents)

Judd, I thought I was doing pretty well with the blending with the blog entries. Is there something specific that you were thinking?
