    I have only eaten the red raspberry before and not the blue raspberry. They tastes sour like vitamin c supplements. The fruit has a lot of tiny seeds that can be eaten. I found out that eating raspberry can give you an energy boost if you are feeling tired. For example, you can eat 2 raspberry to feel an energy boost.
