    It seems like some of your ad blocks are picking up non-contextual ads... did you just add adsense to the site? If not, you might want to read up on section targetting to help put more relevant ads in the ad blocks.

    The ads seem to be working fine on my comp, have you considered about putting a link unit above the latest post on the index page.

    By the look of your site you should put the code in the index page, not in the loop, just above that code.

    If you still have problems you might want to consider having a plugin, but try to put the code in without the plugin cos you learn from your mistakes :p

    hmm, it should deferntly work in the header or index page, in your stylesheet create a new div id for the adsense code and in the index or header page place the adsense link unit code within the new div you created.
