    i wonder how much these RC Planes cost the camera quality looks really good too... i always wanted to get such a thing but then the ones i saw were pretty small

    You can get flying in a hobby grade plane (*NOT A TOYSHOP PLANE*) from scratch for under $500 - including everything: radio gear, chargers, batteries etc. Once you have the basics, each extra plane is only about $100 (for non exotics) including motor etc.
    The price has come down ridiculously in the last 5 years. When I first started flying, a decent brushless motor was $130, these days they're $15, and they're way better. Same with just about everything else.
    Lots of people use GoPro cameras on their plane, they're about $300-400.
    To fly out of sight, you can get a mid range FPV setup including radio, camera and goggles for about $300.
