Real Estate Management + Classifieds combo

Looking for a system that will do most of the following, or could be easily customised to suit.

1. A property rental website where landlords list their property details (photos, google map selection etc) each for a set fee. - payable via paypal or other gateway.

2. Users search the website for these advertised properties.

A user must create an account to enquire about a property.
The user must give details such as the number of people in their family (adults & children), their current address and landlords name and number for reference purposes. When they enquire about the new property they wish to rent, the advertiser of the property (in point 1 above), will receive all of these details.

3. Also, tradesmen (plumbers, carpenters etc.) will create an account (for a set-fee) on the website to list their services (classifieds) and this will be available for landlords (in point 1) to browse.
