Hi I have a real estate marketing website that also has a featured property, market, agent features and was looking to get some feedback on our ad placement so far as we are still getting our website up. Any suggestions would be great.

I would suggest that all links would be underlined and in the same color (light green is really good for your site). All links means= ad links and normal links. Also you ought to do link unit under this text and picture in frame. Of course the same color.

Switched some things around with the links and added some affiliate links it to split up the sidebar and so on to break it up so they dont look so much like ads. Anything else is much appreciated.

The trick is to put it above the fold. Make it the first thing your visitor sees when they enter your site. I dont think the bottom right ads would generate much clicks. Just my 0.02.

You can only have 3 ads per page.

I would recommend you make sure your ads are set to text only, they are showing up as images for me which have pour click through rate. I would put your 3 ads: keep the top one and keep the left 2 where the menu would be.

You can have 3 ads but you can also have 3 referral which is what 2 of the ads are. They are set to images because I do want a good CTR but also do not want to make my site full of cheap looking text ads.

Hi, i believe its a bit "messed up", too much space between blocks... because of the use of Mimbo.
