    Hi all.
    I'm wonderin if anyone knows of a good software I can use to integrate into my real estate website. A software that will make it east to add/remove properties/upload pictures etc...

    I wrote a program to manage my properties that is web based b/c I want to access it from anywhere. I didn't intend on making it public but then I posted it anyhow. I built a whole site around it and now include articles and lease/forms downloads as well. You can find it at:

    The software can be considered a beta version but is 99% functional. I have been managing my 21 units with it since April. There's charts and graphs for cash flow and rent collection. I need a tech writer to write my help file b/c I don't have time to finish it.

    Anyhow, check it out. Perhaps I could package the script for you... Let's talk..

    I forgot to mention that the people from the Apartment Guide had contacted me and are interested in a partnership so my members can list their vacant properties directly through my web based real estate management application. Needless to say I was very excited about this partnership. It's coming early to mid 07 once they get thier API finished. In return I will be providing their members with the Real Estate Management software once i'm done beta testing.
