    Real Estate Wholesaling is basically a method where you play the role as middle man, contract with house owners that are looking to sell their homes, you then connect them with an investor looking to buy and flip it. Your price will be a bit lower than what your proposing to the investor. Most wholesalers will make $1,000-$50,000 on a flip.
