Yes, they are real human visitors.
You'll see a referral ID for about 50-75% of the traffic, because some users exit the page before the counting script loads.
This isn't PTC, so I cannot guarantee that the visitors will browse the other pages. If the visitor is interested in the content, I'm sure they will.
