Recognizing a need online?

Discussion in 'General Business' started by IanT, Feb 8, 2010.

What is the best way to "recognize a need" online, like what is missing from the net (if anything...lol) that I could do/create?

Im trying to brainstorm other ideas based on my strengths... (I guess you would call those niche's too?) Im kind of unfamiliar with the whole niche marketing thing etc... so I guess what I am asking is .... is there anywhere online where you can see what markets are oversaturated with content...and which ones are lacking?

which market would be better to pursue?

Im trying to come up with a very unique idea... so just brainstorming on paper for now... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

One way is to see the total # of search results a search engine like Google returns for a given keyword.

I do this for both brainstorming site ideas...but content too.

Create an opinion website and publish some polls to find it out, or integrate them into your actual one.

That's the million dollar question :D

What market is unsaturated, full of potential, and a product can be easily created and marketed?

You can only guess and try. If you fail, try again, and so on...
