    It's up to you to try out and track the stats to see which one performs better. There are certain people who wrap the ads in blog posts, some insert in between posts, and all of them have mixed results.

    try small three 234x60 ads within your posts (with div float:left)
    that way you'll have the 3 most paying ads possible and will not hurt your site's design in any way.
