    I really appreciate good endings these days and that one had a great one. (Unlike Collatarel which I saw last night which I loved but thought the ending was rushed and lackluster)

    Just watched City Of God (thanks for the recommendation mattuk).

    It was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. If you like action/drama movies that revolve around poverty, drugs and crime - this is a must see.

    Also picked up Equilibrium and watched it for the first time. Another great action movie (comparable in nature to V for Vendetta) with a lot of great fight scenes.

    I'd recommend both.

    I thought it was pretty good but sort of disappointing, I think it could have been a really great movie. But then old denzel gets shot like 5 times and then has almost a full recovery in a week. If he had been wearing a bullet proof vest, just that little detail would have made the movie alot more believable.

    Good to hear! I've heard exactly the same from anyone else that's seen it. It's a shame it didn't have the typical Hollywood budget, it would have been a massive hit.

    It's a foriegn non-hollywood made film isn't it? The last thing hollywood would do is help promote it...

    It's a pretty new film and it's already ranked #18 on the all time highest rated movies list... not bad!
