Reddit Bans

Hey, here is an explanations for reddit's many bans. Numerous users are banned without even knowing it. Many submissions don't appear anywhere except the user's page.

 

Well I also got banned when submitting some content. I dont really know they kind of pre- ban some URL's and the worst thing is that they really dont give any satisfactory explanation for the infraction.

I was unaware of the reddit bans until a friend of mine told me he was banned. He had no clue why. I just assumed to many pings.

 

I just sent a feedback message to reddit and got a very nice answer. They resolved my subreddit which I recently created and was instantly banned by their software. And today I submitted a story from one of my websites and although I didn't find it anywhere (new, rising, controversial), I had about 300 visits from reddit to my site. Maybe it appears to other users...

 

reddit started banning users?! since when?

 

I've never heard reddit banning. I really think that reddit is not so strict with story submission, but That only implies that you got banned because it's too much and inappropriate.

 

im enough promoting with social bookmark, just a waste of my time...

You don't understand it guys. Reddit is still the best Social Bookmarks in the net.
@chandan: we don't cry for it. We ask for it. Social bookmarks are still best in promoting and getting traffic.

 

I also like reddit very much. Not only for promoting websites, but for having fun too
