Redesig = Lower Clicks! Help me out.

I recently redesigned my site and I am liking the looks and flow of it. But the ad clicks have gone down.

do you have a copy of the old design? it would be easier for us to see what may have caused the drop.

had a look though and it's... not really optmized at all. you have it off to the side. try putting it in the main content area. I usually put it right under the inline "page title" / header, etc. try under "categories" for example, then blend it in and use the same link color you use for links on the page. may want to change your font size to match google as well.

 

I think you already changed it, didn't you?

 

I took your suggestion and put it in place and let me tell you the results are a complete 360. Thank you for the help btw.

 

Just wanted to give you an update. Since I took the advice and blended my ad more I went from $x.xx a day to $xx.xx the last three days thanks alot.
