    I would like to report a scammer.

    First of he provides spun articles( 20-30 posts a day), gives a dummy paypal id asks 50% initial payment. Before making the payment if you ask to confirm the paypal id he will give you the same dummy id. Once the payment is done, he will say that's not my id. I have lost my dollars right away.
