Buying Require a U.S. based person to re-write approximately 400 headlines in WP.

I require a person with good English skills to do the following for approx 400 posts on a WP site. As title says, prefer U.S. based person, as local knowledge and native English skills required.

Job Description:

1) Re-write the headline based on article content. You can use original headline as point of reference. Examples will be posted of re-writes done so far, so you have an idea of what is required. Most headlines are of a political nature.

2) create new slug from the headline i.e convert to lower-case, remove all punctuation and multiple blank spaces, and replace blanks with a dash.

3) Use first 2 - 4 sentences to create an excerpt.

I'm allowing approx 20 hrs for this. I'll require each applicant to re-write 2 headlines to check suitability.
