Resizing Images directly from browser?

    quick question....

when i need an image, i usually right click and save it. then go to photoshop, open it up, resize it and resave it.

there wouldn't be an easier way right? like for example, a program/script that i could rightclick on an image in a browser and somehow set the dimensions and etc and then save it right there?

    thanks,

Well, there are free services like http://www.picresize.com/ ,
but you still have to save the original image to your computer somewhere.

I usually just do what you do though, mainly because Photoshop's resizing algorithms are second to none :)
