    Well, Not too bad, but your pictures next to the ads may not be fine with google adsense. They changed the TOS on that recently.
    Check with them on that one - your styling is different enough from the example they recently posted of what isn't allowed for me to not be sure.

    Pictures besides the ads are not allowed now. Also, use the color of the text for the url part too (which isnow green) for a better CTR.

    I think it is nice, maybe you might want to consider adding some ad blocks in the main content, and also removing the images next to your ads.
