    too spammy and obvious...

    ditch the backgorund and change the link colors...

    place a horizontal link unit at the top, change the other two scrapers into half banners between posts and put nav bar at the right side...

    too many ad units on the right.. I would use just 1 and then add 1 more in the content area... try changing the background to white and text to yellow for better colors..

    yes move 1 ad unit to content and change to some lighter colors these are too dark

    yes, black background and yellow headlines with orange body text (to match your posts)
    Also add a link unit to the header like my free stuff blog (see my sig). it looks like a site menu
