If you chose to go with only one ad, I don't think it is a good idea to put link units... (that is all I see on your pageat the moment.)
Further more, although link units seem to work very well in some cases, keep in mind that they require 2 clicks in order for you cash something out of it, compared to the clasic ad units that only require a click.
Besides that, I think that putting only an adsense ad under your "popular" title might be a little risky...

    Just my 2 cents

I'll agree with that - 'Popular' is risky - if you must label the link unit stick to 'Sponsored Links'. As wma rightly says link units and referral buttons are harder work to generate revenue from than ad units. You will only earn from a link unit if someone clicks on the link unit AND clicks on a sponsored link in the results - most people who click the link unit will not carry out the second step because they'll think 'Oh, I've clicked on a link and got a long list of links - big deal'. For referral buttons you only get paid if they actually click on the button, install the product and in some cases (like the AdSense referral) wait for them to use the product for a certain period of time. The quick money is in ad units - and its those I recommend in your case.

I'm not sure that it'll bring in the big bucks but I do like the placement. Looks perfectly integrated!
