    if placed your sig. Your ads looks good but your top right ads only shown not good. i think you can put 728*90 ads of your top.

    I would keep the 120x600 on the right, but I would get rid of the 300x250. Instead, I'd use the 728 link ad across the top - right under your header.

    Get rid of all the google buttons - for sure. I'd pick one button and stick with it. I say this only because I found that when I put more than one google buttons together, I get a smaller CTR than when I use one. You can use a different on of different pages if you like.

    You can use a 468x60 text ad in between posts. Google will only show a limit of three per page, so you can't really go wrong there.
