Review: Adsense Placement on my Blog

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if some of you with a lot of experience with adsense would be able to take a look at my site and critique my adsense placement. The site is www.mytechnicalinterviewexperience.com. The blog was launched about 3 weeks ago, and so far my click through rate is anemic .35%, only 20 clicks for $1.03. In particular, what do you guys think of the link unit that I have within the post? I'm thinking of possible putting a square image ad at the top of the right side bar. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

    do you use wordpress?

    if you do u should use wp insert plugin it will increase click rate in a great way
    visit my websites and see how ads are inserted in posts.
