    not a fan of the swords...they look really odd next to the ads. I you are dead set on using swords, I would suggest placing only as many swords as you have ads...in this case 2. Also, the images of the swords should be the same.

    change the color of the ads to match your site background/text color.
    Id swap the nav bar on the left to the right, and move the sky scrapper ad to the left side of the page
    Move the box ad near the bottom of the page to the top of the page and move your content under the ad box, and lose the swords they're an eye sore
