    It's good. Here's why:

    1. You have a visually appealing ad visible from "above the fold" but not in the way.
    2. You have managed not to interfere with navigation.
    3. You have good, visible but out of the way ads on the far right sidebar for when people scroll down.

    -watch the data of course, but I doubt you'll do much better than what you have now.
