Ditch those titles RIGHT NOW, in fact do it before finishing reading this post. If Google sees this on your site you will be banned from Adsense so fast your feet won't touch the ground!!!! YOU ARE PLAYING WITH FIRE!!!! Ditch those damn titles before you get banned. It would have been a far better idea to have run this approach past people on this forum BEFORE doing it. Remove them NOW if not you are 100% guaranteed to get an adsense ban. Given this is one of the top forums on the 'net almost certainly people from Google look at these posts. All they need to do is click "view source" get your adsense id and ban you - it really would be that simple. So ditch those titles right now. Put nothing up, you don't even have to put "sponsored links" - people do, but why go to the trouble of blending the ads to then highlight they are ads.
Your wording would certainly come under encouraging clicks and hence click fraud = instant and permanent ban
Hope this advice saves your adsense account

seoFX think you missed the point of the original posters question which was nothing to do with ad size but about the text above them which is clearly in breach of the TOC's!

I see "Latest News" and "Popular" just above your adsense ads. This will give you a slightly higher CTR than without the title (labels) but it will also mean you'll have either your account banned or your site banned only.
Simply remove the titles, let the ads alone do their job, it'll be fine too! Look at mine:

I don't need titles, and they're not allowed anyway!

for sure it's called labelling the ads, it's written in adsense tos, you just have to ask anyone who knows a little.

    i am using joomla CMS
Latest news and Populer labels are not for adsense module
in its own (adsense) module i disable labels...
in my opinion a bot can not say that i am labeling adesense ads only human can determine
or what you say i remove that module actually that is other than adsense

i think i have not got what i said
Titles "Latest News" and "Popular" are in another section
and adsense ads are in another to brief let me tell you
that Titles "Latest News" and "Popular" is coming up to index page from /dir/modules/user1/module_latest/script file (to show it in front page)

and adsense from /dir/modules/user2/module_AS/script file (to show in front page)

and if any webmaster know if this too against there TOS
because i am sure a robot can not caught it only a human

what you think? i am not safe ???

do what you want, i don't care what happens to your account or site once you'll get a random human review from adsense, at least we'd have warned you. if you want another advice simply write to adsense support asking if there's anything wrong in your ad placement.

I'm quite sure that is against Google Adsense TOS and you may get banned any time.
