    This is my new blog and adsense is only running for two days but I am havning a lot of fun with it. Any ideas on how I may improve adsense placement and such?

    If you are going to use borders on the side ad I would go with a darker color instead of the white. Normally I would just say drop the borders all together but with the bg texture I think it would look better with.

    you have that one ad in the middle that totally stands out. i like the ad you had at the top w/ the background somewhat blended in. easier on the eyes and doesn't scream out ads!

    nice. i would also recommend blending all your ads with the site.

    there is plenty of room on the left to ad a skyscraper whenever you want but i don't think too many ads are recommended when first starting out

    Second Ad Plament in the middle of the page is not blended properly.

    Make it like the top one and you're sorted!

    you might want to consider changing your setting so that you only have one or two posts per page. Doing so would mean that a reader would be exposed to ads more frequently and thus more opportunities for you to get clicks.

    If all your posts are on one page they will be exposed to 3 or 4 ad groups, when you limit the # of posts per page, and the reader view all of your pages, they will see many more ad groups.
