    is it allowed to put adsense code on this kind of site?mm, anyway, your site put too much ads on the near side(2 ads on the top, and 1 on the righ), it makes your blog "crowd"..i suggest just put 1 link on the top, and another one link below each post...

    Be careful with copyright... Google is sensitive to MP3 sites.
    Banner is great, I think you will earn lot form that position.

    Your ad placement is okay, you might want to try to make it a little bit more uncluttered. Change your color scheme so that it can blend with the overall dark blue color of your website. I don't like the skyscrapper ad on the lower portion of your website, it does not follow the same color of the entire website. But, overall the ads have good placement.
