    Place the ad closer to the top of the page, so the user doesn't have to scroll to see it.

    I would place your ad under the buttons at the top.

    I don't know if those colors are popular for your target market (I don't play games), but your site is very hard to read. My eyes hurt after looking at your page for less than a minute.

    Please understand this is genuine feedback: I am not trying to bash your site: just giving my honest opinion.

    I agree, the arcade seems very busy to me with all the boxes and content. This can usually distraught a member and send them away.

    Get the ad closer to the top of the page, and blend the link so that it looks like a link on your page (yellow should be the pinkish color you use for the other links).
