    Out of the topic, the pop up ad are quite distracting.
    Anyway, the placement should be ok. How about try to remove the ads border and see whether this helps. Just my suggestion.

    From what I've learned, you may want to try removing the ad border and changing the link color from white to green like the rest of your site.
