    placement is good , but you should consider about promoting affiliate products,you can earn 10-15 times more than adsense if you have good and targeted traffic.

    I don't like the big ad in the center, I'm using opera at the moment and it just cuts off the content on the right side as in I can't read half of it.

    Remove the border around your block ad and place it to the right of your content text for better blending.

    I'd blend the Rectangular Ad used there by removing the pink border and also shift the Leaderboard type ads to top :D

    remove the center one cause it does not fit with your design...

    add a half banner or a banner between them...see how that looks...:D

    Well you have the placement right "above the fold". Get rid of the border and I suggest putting two large rectangles side by side above the fold for a week if you are getting good traffic.
