Please Review my blog on Hot News n Reviews:

    wazzhot.blogspot.com

I did a lot of hard work in creating a third sidebar on this blog.

Please check it for ad placement as well as content.

    Thanks

Nice blog and the ad placement is nice. The layout resembles me Digital Inspiration Blog :).

I dont know if blogspot has the " more" code , but if it does i suggest you use it . your giving all of the content on the front page . and the user really has no incentive to go into a individual post . i like your ad placement though and your site looks really nice in layout

Well yeah, I was inspired bythat one ;)

It doesn't have the more code, but you can get it by changing the CSS and HTML codes, which I'm not too adept at the moment. It took me a couple of hours to convert the 2 coloumn template it previously was to 3 coloumn one.

And well, there are only 5 posts on the main page, the rest can be accessed from the left sidebar. If you look clearly, I've also given a tab of "Popular Posts" - which has 5 popular posts from the blog not visible on the front page, and below that there's the blog archive.

And nobody told me how's the content...

Thanks PoisonPen. The Only thing I need now is backlinks and traffic. I hardly get more than 20 people a day on this blog, pretty sad...

I would get rid of the danasoft image at the bottom of the site which shows the ip address/isp of the visitor. It doesnt really serve any useful purpose.

Oh well. I thought it was cool, showing the visitor their IP address, browser and OS! If more people recommend the same to me, then I may definitely remove it

have you tried submitted it to several big search engines? blog directories with high PR ?

Btw, I think you should only put max 3 posting on your landing page, since user needs to scroll down to see all the posts.

Well most website directories reject blogspot blogs, but I'm submitting it to the various blog n feed directories that have cropped up

I think you're right about the having 3 posts on the landing page, but dunno, when I see some big bloggers (e.g. labnol.blogspot.com) having more than 3 posts on their landing page...I wonder whether I should do it or not.

Having max 3 pages on the landing page is good for seo too, thats what I heard
