    The ads on top of the posts are nicely blended and nice touch with the images next to them. The "post-it note" one is also cool. As for the link units there's only so much you can do to them anyway. ;)

    The only thing I would say is that maybe work on the section targetting a little to get more relevant ads.

    I notice the format of your post URLs - nice SEO. :)

    And overall I like the colours of your site. Very soothing and matches the cool tech theme.

    Thats a really nice site, an idea... have you considered about placing the Author, Description and that rating system all on one line so the posts will look more boxede and maybe neater :)

    very nice design, but why do you have 2 graphics banners at the top, its is taking away valueable space above the fold

    get rid of the green banner your slogan “Showcase your best works and Be Feat!” doesnt make any sence


    other than that, the design is quite impresive
