    judging by site looks if it's first, it's far better than people usually put on here ...

    Add placement is bad in my opinion - not clickable if that's your goal. Work on site promotion, and unique content.

    The placement is actually ok but the thing is that the ads appearance doesn't look blend in with the content. Try to change the ad unit background and color so that it matches with your theme.
