    Ok, well first off, you need a real domain :p go buy a .info one at namecheap.com or something (i find their great) their only 2.98$ and maybe make 4 proxy sites with different templates, i also sugest that you submit your proxy to loads of proxy directories/top sites and maybe even get some paid advertising from someone on the forums, its pretty good though :)

    Yep, get a real domain name that is my suggestion.. your visitors will take your website alot more seriously if it is a .com or .net than a .tk, which is generally frowned upon...

    Also, I recommend signing up to Adversal to generate income from your impressions... I typically make about $20 a month from pop under ads and inlay ads (ads that show on top of your proxy).. these tend to be alot less invasive than popups and will generate a good income.

    Paid promotions on this forum are also very good, look around.. JacobNix does a very good service for new proxies, but you will have to get a real domain if you want to get the most out of these services!
