    I would align those main adverts to the left and also place a new ad within your first article post snippet, directly under the title.

    The placement is OK, what I would try to use are different ad sizes: try a 250 x 250 within the content area.

    You can try some square ads in between the posts. That should help the CTR.

    Plus in the title, basketball is misspelled :)

    You should try put in small square ads like 250x250 or something smaller into the middle of your posts, you'll see CTR difference immediately.
    Also get rid of your 468x60 on the bottom of your site, no one is going to go look down there and click on the ads, you should use ads (limited to 3 ads per page) on a better spot.

    Put the 468 x 60 banner right under the first post's title and another one between the first and second post.
