    Looks good. It blends in with your back round, i appears to be in the guide lines, and you have some near the top of the page so as soon as people visit your blog people see them. Just keep working on getting traffic and the clicks will come.

    Nice visibility on the ads there. They definitely catch the visitor's eye but aren't too obtrusive because they blend into the site's color scheme.
