    For the ad link colors on your ads, use red instead so it matches your color scheme. If you have an image ad beside the text ad, CTR is usually generally higher.

    yep but images next to adsense is now allowed by google anymore i thing... or am i wrong?

    If you want to capitalize early and only on the google traffic the placement is good.

    If you want a lasting business, maybe place them a little less obtrusive.
