    For your ad link unit, try using a light grey background behind it (make sure it aligns with your header). You can add in another ad unit in your content area for better CTR.

    I found your link unit so much squeezed that I as a user will not click on it. Your leftnav is pretty much empty - make use of it my friend. Throw in some ads. The large banner graphic - I never like those - you might want to think about placing it some where else.

    Isn't the regulation 3 adsense units per page?

    I might be wrong about this, but if it is, then you are violating terms since you have 5?

    I think it`s ok, i have 3 ad units, 1 link unit and referrals.
