    Advice on the site.

    It is veryyy cluttered.
    I wouldn't bookmark this page .... can't be good for your target audience.

    I'd get rid of that middle pane as it really detracts from the quality of the site.

    My suggestions,,

    1. I don't think the color of the ads are really good.
    2. Very Annoying Ads On the Beginning
    3. Pop ups are also annoying.
    4. Bookmark is not in the correct place.
    5. Too Many ads around the videos man. You need your visitor to like the site and trust your content.

    Just my opinion ;-)

    Yeah you cant ask or directly tell people to click the ads, expect to be dropped real quick, also,, the pop ups are annoying, I dont see people going back to your site after their first experience.
