    Ad placement seems ok but the page feels a little crowded, atleast to me :)

    i would say too many ads, makes the page look over crowded and if that was submitted to my directory i would probally throught it in the spam bin for too high ads -> content ratio.

    I don't think that the content to ad ratio is too high. I believe that the issuse is with the design of the page. Try experiementing with colours to break the page up a bit. Maybe use a different font. Sometimes blending the ads in with the content makes it look like there is actually more ads than there actually are
