Reward for martyrs...

For those who know well about the Jihad and suicide attacks buy islamic extremists, I was wondering...

if male martyrs get or are promised to get 70 virgins when in heaven, what are female martyrs promised? 70 male virgins or what?

I am actually very interested, to improve my knowledge on that world and culture, I hope everyone is ok with that as sometimes you can easily get misunderstood...:)

Women are probably told they'll be stoned or something. You know, I heard the other day that those women have historically been trained to walk behind their husbands, as a show of respect.

Now, the husbands have the women walking in front of them in case of a bombing or shooting :/

Women and kids, if I'm not mistaken...and I'm not!

So rewards (promised) for men, punishment for women, these are their methods.

    That's sad...:(

My girlfriend walks behind me. It's not a matter of respect or anything. It's just she's slow. I take large fast strides. Also, if it's real crowded I part the crowd for her.

I knew I was going to get some red rep, but never mind.

After all I strted the thread because I wanted to learn more about a different world and culture.

If only I knew who did it an interesting discussion could have started, so if you're there, let us know who you are and why you did it, just to make some progress, I have no intention of hurting anyone.:)

My wife grew up Muslim. It didn't take long for her to realize that it was definitely not for her.

The penalty for leaving the Muslim religion is death. She is supposed to be murdered by her family. As I am a non-Muslim and I marrried her, they are supposed to kill me also.

So, here we are, a couple of computer geeks with death sentences hanging over their heads.

There are a lot of places in the world we cannot safely visit. The house is very well protected. We are armed almost all of the time.

So, who else complains about their in-laws?

Sad to hear thet, but I know that most of the islam countries are practising this.

In some other countries its a bit different but still animalistic.

I've a friend(woman) who got married with a non-muslim and who is from another country.
Her family was/is very influentilal. - Father was the police chief in a muslim country (he's deceased in menwhile)
The punishment from the rest of her family has for her is to wrap her in blankets and then she must be beaten by every member of the family.

Death can occur and it depends on the family members mood while they are beating.

And of course it is a complete double standard.

My friend Ahmet, from a different Muslim country, married a Catholic girl.

Of course, since Ahmet is male, it's all good. They vacation at home with his family.

Just a couple of hours ago. 6 got killed in a Buddhist temple in the south of Thailand.

They slit the throat of a monk and also killed 2 teenage boys there.

    Alltogether within 2 years
950 people died so far whereas 21 of those murdered got beheaded.

Now, 80% in the South are Muslims, seems there is no help from their side to solve the problems.

    "Nice Breed, isn't it?"

Well, not technically a breed, just a belief system.

A belief you are not allowed to get out of freely, that's why they oppose the democratic voting systems. Apparently choice doesn't exist in their vocabulary.

    Be safe, Will, be safe.
