This is one of the best/most intelligent decisions the "combined" House has made all year.

Sometimes the best Americans are the ones who don't take no shit! People like Rosa Parks are a shinning example of what a Great American is and what we all ought to be.

God bless Rosa Parks and kudos to the Senate for their quick response to make this happen.

One thing about Rosa Parks I found interesting was hearing her story from all sides, especially hers. There was a great documentary on "Discovery" or something like that a year or two back that had me just riveted. I mean as far as a "history" lesson in high school in the 80's goes, we touched on the subject, but no one really went into it deep enough for me to truly understand what this women was up against.

She was up against more than ignorance and a "law". She was up against a societal mind set. One that still remains in the minds of a lot of people, unfortunately. I can't even imagine the courage it must have took to say no not only to a "white", but to the bus driver, the cops, the government. All the while knowing that she WAS in the RIGHT!

If people like Louy Farakon and Rev Jackson would put all their negative energy into an actual show of solidarity and paid attention to real issues, imagine what we could all overcome!

    Anyway...
