    I have one particular site that I started up and to tell you the truth I've lost focus on it and put most of my efforts into my main site which is taking off now. The other day I came across this site which gives free RSS content feeds to your site. I thought to myself, sounds like a good idea. Automate the content on the site which will bring more traffic in without me having to do much.

    Is RSS content feed ok. By this I mean will if I go down this road will I end up with a site full of duplicate content and then end up getting penalized by search engines?

    Yeah probably. Hard to find quality feeds worth displaying. Most are commercial and will just steal your traffic. Be careful.
